Right of return and complaints

📦 Right of return

The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receipt of the order, without giving any reason.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at the following email address: kontakt@3dgdc.pl.

Please include the form as an attachment, which you will find under the button at the bottom of the page.

✅ Return Policy

• The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
• The returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt).

🚚 Returns Procedure

• The product should be sent back to the address provided in contact form.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a different product was received).

💰 Refund

The refund is processed within 14 days upon receipt of the return shipment, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We process complaints in a timely manner up to 7 business days.
