When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to process it:

When purchasing, please:

We use the following payment methods and integrated systems:

  • PayPal: Encrypted online payment. A tracking number is added to the transaction.
  • InPost Pay: Fast payments linked to the InPost Mobile app. Package tracking.
  • Przelewy24: Online payment system and BLIK, card, transfer.
  • Card payment: Secure data processing by the payment operator.

Access to data within the team

Only authorized members of our team (administrators, store staff) have access to customer data for the purpose of:

  • order fulfillment,
  • handling payments, returns and complaints,
  • technical and customer support.

Sharing data with third parties

We share data only to the extent necessary to fulfill orders and operate the store, including:

  • courier companies (InPost, DPD, DHL),
  • payment providers (PayPal, Przelewy24, InPost Pay),
