Can I return a product after using it?

Products can only be returned if they are in undamaged and unused condition. Please read our returns policy

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on location.

In most cases, yes - if your order it hasn't been packed and shipped yet, we can still modify them.

📦 Orders paid via PayPal

After the order has been completed and the package has been shipped:

  • you will automatically receive an e-mail with shipping information and the tracking number,

  • the tracking number is also added to your order in the system PayPal – just log in to your account and go to the transaction details,

  • This way you can quickly verify the shipment status directly in the PayPal panel.

📲 Shopping with InPost Pay (Parcel Lockers / Courier)

If you used InPost Pay, you can track your order directly in the app InPost Mobile:

  • you will receive a push notification and an email confirming the shipment of your package,

  • the status of the package is updated continuously in the application,

  • The application also allows you to remotely open the parcel locker and monitor the delivery stage.

💡 Don't have the app? Download it for free from Google Play or the App Store and log in with the same phone number you provided when ordering.


✉️ Standard Shipping (Bank Transfer, Payment Card)

For other payment methods:

  • you will receive the tracking number via email as soon as the package is shipped,

  • you can click on the shipment tracking link, which takes you directly to the carrier's website (e.g. InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS),

  • On request, we can also send the tracking number via SMS.

You can contact us via contact form on the website or by calling our hotline.

Cancellation of an order is possible within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, the order will be processed and shipped.
